I led the design and product team in creating an innovative EV charging app for iOS and Android, bringing the core capabilities of the Switch platform to both B2B clients and B2C users. The challenge was balancing client requirements with a seamless, intuitive user experience that covered charging, diagnostics, maintenance and education. Through research, testing and dual-platform design systems, we delivered a consistent yet optimised interface for each OS. The result gave users the tools to troubleshoot in real time, increasing satisfaction and reducing maintenance costs for charge point operators.
